Carolina Turf and Mosquito is growing, and we are looking for the right person to join our team.
We are a local, family-owned company serving homeowners throughout the Charlotte area. We take pride in doing clean, professional work and building long-term relationships with customers who care about their lawns and outdoor spaces.
This is not a mowing position. This role focuses on professional lawn treatments, mosquito control services, and route-based property care.
No lawn care experience is required for the right person. We are willing to train someone who is dependable, coachable, and ready to work.
Full-Time Lawn Care and Mosquito Control Technician

What We Offer
- $40,000 to $50,000 per year expected annual compensation

Daily Responsibilities:
- Loading and preparing lawn and mosquito treatments
- Applying liquid and granular lawn care products
- Performing mosquito control treatments
- Operating and maintaining spray equipment
- Following product labels, safety procedures, and company standards
- Taking clear notes after each service
- Communicating professionally with customers when needed
- Keeping the truck, equipment, and materials organized
- Helping protect the quality and reputation of Carolina Turf and Mosquito

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work outdoors in heat and changing weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Lawn care, pest control, landscaping, golf course, or outdoor work experience is helpful, but not required
