Our mission at Carolina Turf and Mosquito is to provide expert lawn care solutions and sound advice while maintaining superior customer service and exceptional results.

Matthew Day, owner of Carolina Turf and Mosquito, has dedicated his career to turf management and landscaping excellence. Matthew Day studied Turf Grass Management at North Carolina State University. He has extensive history working for and leading landscaping companies, helping these companies to earn the Most Improved Branch award in 2012, and the Branch of the Year award in 2014. In 2015, Matthew founded Carolina Turf and Mosquito, bringing his expertise and passion for lawn care and mosquito control to Charlotte, NC.

Matthew values faith, family, and community. He enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, grilling, and music, and is a proud Gamecock and Wolfpack fan. He and his wife live in Charlotte, NC, with their three sons, Mason, Parker, and Nash.
